Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LocaleProof website, waitlist, and any future paid LocaleProof Pro service made available by the LocaleProof operator under the LocaleProof brand.

1. About the website

LocaleProof provides information about a Figma localization QA product, allows users to join a waitlist, and may later offer a paid software service called LocaleProof Pro.

2. Acceptable use

You may use this website only for lawful business or evaluation purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or scrape protected content at scale, reverse engineer unpublished service components, or use the site in a way that harms other users or the operator.

3. Waitlist and pre-release status

At the time of writing, LocaleProof Pro is not generally available for purchase on this website. Submitting the waitlist form does not create a purchase, subscription, or payment obligation. It only indicates interest in future access and pricing communication.

Product scope, features, packaging, availability, and pricing may change before launch.

4. Future paid subscriptions

If paid plans become available, the price, billing interval, included features, renewal behavior, cancellation flow, and taxes shown at checkout at the time of purchase will control the transaction. Checkout and payment processing may be provided by Paddle or another approved merchant of record.

Future purchases may also be subject to additional commercial terms shown at checkout, invoicing terms for team plans, and the then-current Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The LocaleProof name, site content, product descriptions, copy, visuals, and software-related materials are owned by or licensed to the LocaleProof operator unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights to you.

6. Third-party services

This website may rely on third-party providers for hosting, analytics, forms, payment processing, and related infrastructure. Use of third-party services connected to LocaleProof may also be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies.

7. Availability and disclaimers

The website and any future service are provided on an “as available” basis. While LocaleProof aims to provide accurate information and dependable service, no guarantee is made that the website or future product will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the LocaleProof operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or any future service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The latest published version on this page will apply going forward.
