Billing and support overview

When self-serve billing goes live, checkout, tax handling, and payment processing are expected to be provided by Paddle or another approved merchant of record.

Before any purchase is completed, customers will see the applicable plan, billing interval, tax information, and any required checkout terms on the payment page.

Customers will be able to cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle. Refund requests will be handled according to the published Refund Policy.

Does LocaleProof Pro replace Crowdin or Lokalise?

No. LocaleProof Pro is designed as a lightweight QA and context layer before handoff, not as a full translation-management replacement.

Will this site store my full payment card details?

Not today. The current site collects waitlist information only. If paid checkout is enabled later, billing details are expected to be handled by Paddle or another approved merchant of record.
